Frequency of Tuberculosis in Cervical Lymphadenopathy at Tertiary Care Hospital

Background: Tuberculosis is a major public health concern, and it the most prevalent cause of infectious disease that infects lymphoid tissue body. Clinicians have diagnostic challenge when treating chronic enlargement cervical lymph node since may be sign more serious condition. Objective: To assess frequency tuberculosis in lymphadenopathy at tertiary care hospital Methodology: This descriptive study was undertaken Department Pulmonology, Fatima Jinnah Institute Chest Diseases Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayyed Al Nahyan Medical Complex Quetta from October 2021 to 2022. A complete physical examination performed after taking detailed medical history each patient. pre-designed proforma used for collection all required data. SPSS version 23 analyze Results: In current study, 140 patients were enrolled. There 84 (60%) male participants while female 56 (40%). The overall with 98 (70%).
